Refunds and Returns
All sales on handmade items are final and cannot be returned for a refund or exchange unless the item is defective or damaged. If an item is defective or damaged, please reach out to us using our Contact Us form and we will work toward a resolution.
For non-handmade items, items can be returned within 30 calendar days of purchase for a full refund minus a 10% processing fee. The item can be returned for any reason as long as the item is in new and unused condition.
To start a return, use our Contact Us form and send a message that includes your order number, email address, the reason for return, and the items you are returning. Within 2 business days, you will receive a shipping label to your email address. You will receive a refund to your original form of payment within 5-7 business of our receipt of the returned item.
Lost Items
If your items are lost, we will replace the lost item at no additional charge. In order to receive a replacement, you must notify us of the missing or lost item within 30 calendar days of the delivery date represented in your tracking information using our Contact Us form. For handmade items, please allow an additional 1-2 weeks for processing.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

For handmade items on back order, please allow 1-2 weeks for processing. For all other items, please allow 1-3 days for processing.
We currently do not ship to addresses outside of the U.S. We ship within the U.S. by Standard Shipping via U.S.P.S. Free shipping for orders over $200.
Standard Shipping is $2.99 and is shipped via U.S.P.S Ground Advantage with a delivery timeframe 2-5 business days.
There are no other delivery options at this time.
Delivery Delays
